Safety & Security

Questions about Safety & Security.

Yes! Ghana is consistently ranked the most politically stable and safest country in West Africa. It has held peaceful democratic elections since 1992, is English-speaking, and is known throughout the continent for its exceptionally warm and welcoming people. Millions of tourists visit annually without incident.

Travel & Logistics

Questions about Travel & Logistics.

Most nationalities require a visa, obtainable in advance through the Ghana Embassy or the e-visa portal at eservices.mfaghana.gov.gh. The process takes 3–5 business days. We are happy to guide you through it — just reach out to our team.

Ghana is a year-round destination. The most popular period is November to March (dry season, sunny and warm). April to June brings some rain but beautifully lush landscapes. The north — perfect for Mole Safari — stays dry October onwards. There is genuinely no bad time to visit Ghana.
